MULTI-MODAL SUSTAINABILITY
Promoting investment in multi-modal transportation options is critical to a region’s long-term sustainability. As the economy changes over time, the mode of moving things also changes. In this way, having those assets in place and making sure that they are coordinated and well maintained is important to sustaining a region’s economy and ability to connect to the world.
As we evaluate and pursue development opportunities, we constantly strive to find solutions that are fiscally responsible and environmentally sound. Many of our projects integrate urban density—a solution that’s inherently more friendly that urban sprawl—and we’re also encouraging the use of other earth-friendly energy sources like wind and solar power.
